Fitness on the Run (FOR) is a private studio offering personal and semi-private training as well as workshops led by a team of highly skilled instructors and specialists. We have developed an approach to fitness that focuses on increasing lean muscle mass, cardiovascular health, healthy joints, and range of motion.
