Fitness on the Run (FOR) is a private studio which offers personal training, small group training as well as group exercise classes and workshops led by a team of highly skilled instructors. We have developed an approach to fitness that focuses on increasing lean muscle mass, cardiovascular health, healthy joints, and range of motion.
In addition, we provide nutritional counseling during your session. We believe nutrition is the basis for a healthy lifestyle.
