For the past four years, Fitness on the Run (FOR) has participated in the Carpenter’s Shelter Thanksgiving Food Drive. Last year, we piled 30 bags full off Thanksgiving meals into our truck and delivered it to a pleased Carpenter’s Shelter staff. Several of our clients walked away with… [Read More]
This year we participated in the first Alexandria Holiday Guide from Alexandria Lifestyle. We loved the idea of promoting small businesses in Alexandria, Virginia throughout the holiday season. Check out Adrien’s article, as well as other articles from our fellow local businesses – From the Farmer, The Shoe Hive, Mystique Jewelers, Carpenter’s Shelter, Greenstreet Gardens, Unwined and stylist Kathryn Martin. It’s definitely a fun collaboration that gives you helpful holiday advice, tips and ways to get through the season! Enjoy.
