Boot Camp

Boot camp is a fun, energizing way to get and stay in shape. Workouts include multi-station circuit training utilizing body weight exercises and equipment, as well as cardio intervals. This class is designed for all fitness levels and is a favorite among our clients.  Class size is limited to 10 so each person receives personal attention while benefiting from group camaraderie. Try us out .

Advanced Boot Camp:
For those who are interested in a little more of a challenge…kick it up a notch with Advanced Boot Camp. Classes will include, outdoor activities, maybe lift heavier, push a little longer and harder and have even MORE fun than you thought possible in the gym! Will include plyometrics, dumbbell and barbell work, and the usual no-weights-necessary-but-as-challenging-as-imaginable. As always, our classes are all “scaled” to the individual participating. Give it a try. You may be surprised how much you can achieve in 55 minutes!
