Announcing Three Summer Class Series

Rise and Shine III

Shawn will continue through the summer with his motivating and energetic 6:00 AM Wednesday workouts! There is no better way to start the day than with a fast paced, full body circuit workout. By 6:50 am, you’ll have your workout and stretching completed and then you’ll be on your way for coffee and off to work!

Begins: Wednesday, June 6th – Wednesday, August 8th – 6:00 AM – 6:50 AM Commit to 7 of the 9 classes. Cost: $140 for 7 classes; $20 each if you decide to take the extra 2 classes. There will be no class on Wednesday, July 4th.

Sweat It Off III

This class will be a continuation of Sweat It Off I and II. You will build on what you have already learned: 8-10 total body exercises for 30 minutes of high intensity anaerobic exercise segments. You will also continue to prefect those movements and build your anaerobic capacity. We’ll still end with core strength development and static flexibility training. If you did not participate in Sweat It Off I or II, you may still participate, however, you must at a minimum have a basic fitness level.

Begins: Thursday, June 21st – Thursday, August 16th – 7 PM – 7:50 PM Commit to 6 of the 7 classes. Cost: $120 for 6 classes; An additional $20 for the extra class.

Note: There will not be class on Thursday, July 5th or July 26th.

Get on the Ball

Join Andrew on Tuesdays at 7:00 PM for this 50 minute power packed class is ideal for anyone interested in effectively training the muscles of the torso (core). Torso training addresses all muscles of the mid section. “Get on the Ball” will improve participants’ torso strength and stability by targeting these stabilizing regions of the anatomy; pelvis, hips, abdomen and back, in harmony.

The “Get on the Ball” class will start with standard torso (core) exercises and advance to more challenging movement patterns over the course of the series. The participant will use a mat and stability ball during each session.

Most sports enthusiasts and elite trainers know the insider secret; the torso is the link between upper and lower body strength.  Additionally, all daily functions are predicated on a strong and dynamic torso.

Begins: Tuesday, June 19th – Tuesday, August 14th – 7 PM – 7:50 PM
Commit to 6 of the 7 classes. Cost: $120 for 6 classes;
An additional $20 for the extra class.
Note: There will not be class on Tuesday, July 3rd or July 24th.
