Combination of core work and cardio (plyometric). This is not your typical “cardio” workout such as biking, swimming or running, but plyometric — short burst of energy focused exercises that gets your heart rate up and burns fat!!!
Ten weeks ago we introduced FOR’s 10-10-10 Challenge to our clients at Fitness on the Run. The Challenge was this: lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks and get 10 percent off of an FOR training package.
