Erica is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross. She is currently studying to become a Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Erica has dedicated her entire life to health and fitness. Her soccer career began at the age of 4 and continued all the way through college, where she competed as a Division 1 athlete at the University of Virginia, a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference. Through many years of competitive soccer, Erica learned how important strength, conditioning and proper nutrition are in order to maintain fitness levels, prevent injury and be able to compete at the highest level. In 2012, UVA won the ACC Championship and Erica was named to the ACC All-Tournament team. Now that her student athlete days are over, she is constantly challenging herself and looking for new ways to maintain her level of fitness. Erica is passionate about helping others and wants to inspire them to reach their health and fitness goals. She truly believes the body is capable of doing much more than we all think!

What Erica likes most is helping other move better. This includes those amazing student athletes and all of our FOR clients. Erica wants each child to learn to move with ease on and off the field and also have fun in every one of his/her sessions.

Outside of the gym, Erica enjoys hiking, camping, traveling and simply being outdoors!
