Nicola Haire is certified with American Council of Exercise, Functional Movement System & StrongFirst. A Personal Trainer for six years but started in Fitness at the age of six. Growing up, Nicola’s mother owned a Group Exercise Studio. As a child, if Nicola wasn’t at dance class, she often was with her mom at the Studio learning how to teach group fitness.

Now an Instructor and Trainer herself, Nicola focuses on using corrective exercise and functional movement patterns to help clients improve limitations and build strength. Her motto is “Healthy is Happy,” and hopes to inspire others to embrace that model of living.

She is a graduate from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and minor in English. Prior to dedicating herself full-time to fitness, she worked at the Smithsonian Institution, Fords Theatre and Potomac River Boat Company in sales and marketing.

On her free time, she spends time with her seventy pound, English-Bulldog (Reggie), enjoys Marvel movies and reading mystery books.
