Shawn Gray’s fitness and wellness career started in1994 when he was selected for the physical training for Marine Corps and Navy personnel stationed in Navy Marine Corps Joint Command Lemoore Base in California.

As an ASFA Certified Personal Trainer, Shawn specializes in weight loss programs, nutrition counseling and custom training routines. Shawn likes to challenge and encourage his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise and sound nutritional planning. As your trainer, he will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help achieve all of your fitness goals, get motivated and make the change today. Shawn believes there is no magic pill, just hard work!

In addition to his personal training certification, Shawn also holds certifications in Sports Nutrition Counseling and Group Exercise. He has a Greenbelt in the Marine Corps Martial arts Program and is certified in TRX.
