You might have many questions about our training, classes, pricing and more. Here are a few FAQ’s to help get you started.

Do you have any other offers for new clients?
At various times throughout the year, we offer promotions and discounts on all of our services. New clients are welcome to take advantage of one promotion at a time.

What is the online scheduling system that you use?
Once you have committed to a package you can take advantage of our easy-to-use scheduling system called MindBody. Here, you can manage (book, cancel or reschedule) your sessions and keep track of your account.

Is there an App for that?
Yes!  Please add MINDBODY CONNECT APP to your phone.  It will make canceling and viewing your schedule more convenient.  You will find our business name by searching: Fitness on the Run.  You will need your MindBody login and password.  Please make sure to “sync” your account under OPTIONS after you receive an email confirmation.

How do I know my session is scheduled?
You can check on your online profile or you will see there is a confirmation email sent when it is scheduled as well as a reminder notification 48 hours prior to your session.

When do my sessions expire?
Never!  Does never work for you?  If you can’t make a session, you can reschedule at any time.

How do I cancel an appointment?
Login to your MindBody account and simply click the “X” next to your name. If you are within the 24 hours, you will be “early canceled” and there will be no penalty to your account.  Or you can cancel a session via your phone app.

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  You must cancel the session online or on your smartphone app.  Please do not email to cancel your session.  If you do, we will charge your credit card $10 to process the cancellation.  Also, at anytime, you can check your schedule online or via your phone app.

I want to come to a session tomorrow but MindBody will not let me book it.  Why is this happening?
It’s because it is under the 24-hour time limit.  We take great pride in being able to program each session individually tailored to our clients needs. We need this time to fully review your history.

What does “Early Cancel” mean?
It means that you have cancelled a session before the 24-hour cut off and will not be charged.

What does “Late Cancel” mean?
You have cancelled a session under the 24-hour cancellation period or you did not show for your session. You will be charged the full amount.

How will I know my session is confirmed?
48 hours prior, you will receive a confirmation. This gives you ample time to cancel your session in over the 24 hour grace period.  Also, at any time you can check your schedule online or via your phone app.

Will my package be automatically renewed?
Yes.  We are set on an automatic renew system.  Your card will be charged in the amount of the installment plan for which you agreed.  We ask for a 30-day notice if you wish to discontinue.  As always, we would appreciate any feedback you have about why you are leaving.

What day of the month will I be billed?
We start your billing cycle on the day that you purchase your package of sessions.  You are charged after a certain number of sessions have been completed depending on your installment plan.

I woke up this morning and I was sick as a dog!   I have a class at FOR, what do I do?
You must cancel all appointments 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged for your session.  We pride ourselves on customer service and we do excuse illness, child illness, inclement or other extreme circumstances. Please email your trainer to let them know your circumstance and they will “early” cancel you.

FAQ’s for Classes

When do I book my classes and do my classes expire?
We recommend that you book all of your classes so that you enjoy the benefit of a guaranteed spot. We are also happy to book these for you. Just let us know. Your classes never expire. Does never work for you? If you can’t make a session, you can reschedule at any time as long as it is over our generous 24-hour cancelation grace period.

I really want to come to a class but I am on the Waitlist. How do I know if I should show up?
If the session you choose is fully booked, please add yourself to the waitlist. You will receive an email when you are confirmed in the session.

I love these semi-privates and I’ve used up all of my sessions before the end of 3 or 12-month payment plan/installment. How do I keep this going?
If all of your sessions are used prior to the 3 or 12-month payment plan, you can purchase another package at that time. However, at this time, the remaining amount of the initial package is due.

I know that I just purchased a package, but I am trying to add an additional class this week and now MindBody is telling me that I need to buy another package. What’ s up with that?
When you first purchase your package, we have the capability to book all your sessions with a few clicks. We do this so that you are guaranteed space in the class. To add an additional class, you need to first “early cancel” an existing session and then register for the session of your choice. This would be a great opportunity for you to review your calendar and “early cancel” sessions when you know that you will be on vacation, school/work conflicts, etc.

Will my package be automatically renewed?
Yes. We are set on an automatic renew system for the 48/96/144 package. Your card will be charged each month for the next 12 months according to the package that you have purchased. If you are interested in discontinuing, we ask for a 30-day notice. As always, we would appreciate any feedback you have about why you are leaving.

What day of the month will I be billed?
We start your billing cycle on the day that you purchase your package of sessions. If you would like to be billed on the 1st or the 15th of the month, please just let us know and we will gladly make those arrangements for you.

We pride ourselves on customer service and we do excuse illness, child illness, weather delays or other extreme circumstances. However, please communicate with the instructor for your session whose contact information is located on the bottom of your confirmation email.

My schedule has changed and I can’t find a time that a Class will work for me. Would you add another session?
We would be happy to add another session, as needed. If you can find at least three other members to commit to a specific day and time (at the top of the hour), we can look at our options and accommodate you.

Can I bring a friend to my Classes?
 For safety purposes, we require new clients to do a 1:1 personal training session with us before they can attend one of our semi-private classes.  In our semi private sessions, our family of clients have learned complex movements. Why?  We want them to get the best bang for their buck and know that every move is totally efficient.  And it will build most muscle and burn the most fat.  We want clients to understand holding tension and correct movement patterns prior to joining a session.
