NEW: Physical Therapy at FOR
Fitness on the Run is pleased to announce that we now offer in house physical therapy evaluation and treatment through collaboration with licensed Physical Therapist, Ann Wendel. Owner of Prana Physical Therapy, Ann will be offering services at FOR several days a week. Services include physical therapy for acute and chronic injuries, wellness visits to develop a therapeutic / corrective exercise program, and lifestyle and nutrition counseling.

Inspired by their past fundraising efforts for Smile Train, five endurance athletes, including Mistie and her husband, Matt, have joined forces as the first Smile Train Endurance Team to compete in IRONMAN Lake Placid 2013! Mistie and her team were featured on the Ironman website.
