Adrien started Fitness on the Run in 2004 to help people achieve a healthy lifestyle, fitness and total wellness. She pushes her clients as hard as they are able and works to set an example for them with her own training and lifestyle. Adrien is certified in personal training and nutrition through the International Association of Sports Sciences and is trained in Crossfit Level 1, Hard Style Kettlebells, and has been trained by the best including Charles Staley of Staley Training Systems and Pavel Psatsouline. She is also CPR-certified.
Adrien is an accomplished athlete having completed 5 Marine Corp Marathons, dozens of road races ranging from 3 to 15K, the Pumpkinman triathlon At Lake Mead, NV, and lifts as heavy as she can as consistently as her body will allow. When not at FOR, she chases after twin 4 year olds.
Favorite exercise: Pullups and double swings, double squats, double presses, snatch weight kettlebell for 10 minutes.
Challenge: Remaining as strong as possible for my kids, my husband and myself.
Favorite place to exercise: On the beach – Southern California - Newport Beach to be exact.
Exercise Goal: “Fran” under 5 minutes, Thrusters and pull-ups – 21 reps, 15 reps, 9 reps
