Dianna Baltimore, Personal Trainer, core conditioning, enduranceDianna has been actively engaged in health and fitness pursuits for over 20 years. In 2010, Dianna returned from living in southern Spain for 4 years where she was a personal trainer and Head Swim Coach (trained under 2 Olympic Coaches), she brings a wealth of experience at many different levels.

Dianna has American Red Cross CPR/First Aid, Personal Trainer, Spin Instructor, Life Guard Instructor, Pool Operator’s, and Level 2 USA Swimming Coaches Association certifications. Additionally, she is certified for Russian Kettlebells, an esteemed RKC certification.

Dianna is passionately dedicated to helping people of all fitness levels discover healthy lifestyles to improve their quality of life and to achieve their personal wellness and fitness goals. She believes that empowering clients through educating them on sound exercise principles and safe techniques builds autonomy and is essential for their success. She likes to keep her training sessions exciting, challenging, and effective by using a large variety of exercises and training strategies specifically tailored to her client’s goals.

Dianna On Half BallAs a Swim Instructor, Dianna is experienced in helping individuals in the areas of proper swim stroke and swim technique. As a Personal Trainer, Dianna is experienced in helping individuals in the areas of spinning, body sculpting, weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, stress management, and total body conditioning for a lifetime of healthy activities.

Dianna is an accomplished all-around athlete having completed 3 marathons and 1 triathlon, climbed 2 mountains, cycled in over 30 Century bike races, competed in 3-day horse events at the Junior National level, participated in crew and field hockey at the Division 1 collegiate level, and skied all over U.S./Canada/European mountain ranges.
