Virtual Training

Welcome to Fitness on the Run’s “Virtual Training Program”!

Our program is designed to provide you with efficient exercises and workouts to be completed in 20 minutes or less. However, feel free to repeat workouts for as much time you can provide. You can complete these at home, on vacation or even at the beach. We include both a different strength training and a cardiovascular workout each week.

The strength training exercises accompanied by a descriptive video. All exercises are appropriate for beginner, intermediate or advanced levels of fitness. Most exercises are divided into those three categories.

The cardiovascular workouts are developed by utilizing the individual’s Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) as everyone’s is different. We also understand that equipment is optional. Therefore, each workout includes a number of cardio exercises.
