Workout Routine

Fitness on the Run provides one weekly workout routine as a supplement to your workouts at our gym.  These workouts are intended for you to do at home or in a hotel with little to no equipment.

  • 10 walkouts
  • 20 jumping squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 20 walking lunges
  • 10 tricep push ups
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 10 up/down plank (from hands to elbows)
  • 20 up/down supermans
