Workout Routine
Fitness on the Run provides one weekly workout routine as a supplement to your workouts at our gym. These workouts are intended for you to do at home or in a hotel with little to no equipment.
- 10 walkouts
- 20 jumping squats
- 10 push ups
- 20 walking lunges
- 10 tricep push ups
- 20 mountain climbers
- 10 up/down plank (from hands to elbows)
- 20 up/down supermans
