Progress is defined differently for every individual. For top health, adequate and quality sleep and proper stress management can often be more important than the food you eat or the exerciseWe’ll teach you how – and why its important – to move properly and why 30 minutes of exercise every day will keep the doctor away. We’ll explain why we are passionate about using only your body as equipment and why we suggest barefoot training for most. We’ll show you the HUGE health benefit of getting on and off the floor. And, we’ll show you how you can really have FUN while being good to your body.

Nutrition

Healthy nutrition – whether food, sleep or stress management can dictate your fitness potential. Therefore, we take these things very seriously as we approach your fitness plan.


First, we have partnered with the innovators at Territory Foods. They offer tasty, healthy eating made simple for folks like us with an active lifestyle who want to feel, look and perform better. Learn more about Territory here.

Territory pick up hours are 6am-1pm daily at Fitness on the Run

Second, FOR offers ongoing Nutrition Coaching with Health Coach and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Megan Crozier. Contact Megan at Megan@fitnessontherun.net.
