Shawn Gray’s fitness and wellness career started in1994 when he was selected for the physical training for Marine Corps and Navy personnel stationed in Navy Marine Corps Joint Command Lemoore Base in California.

As an ASFA Certified Personal Trainer, Shawn specializes in weight loss programs, nutrition counseling and custom training routines. Shawn likes to challenge and encourage his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise and sound nutritional planning.
